Mark Carroll did a terrific job. He arrived in the late afternoon of the day we contacted Drain Pro and had no hesitancy in getting into the narrow space where our sump pump for our downstairs bathroom no longer seemed to be working. A previous person (not a plumber) had looked at the space and said it would talk a small person to be willing to work there. Mark is certainly not small. The few hours he was able to spend there that first afternoon gave me great confidence in Mark's ability and knowing our insurance supplier said we needed to replace our hot water tank as well as it was in its eleventh year of use, we happily asked Mark if he could look after that item as well. Two days later he arrived at the time he promised and installed the new hot water tank and replaced the sump pump in less than a few hours and both items are now working well. I should add that I found Mark a very likeable young man and we got along with each other very well. I should add that It was I who spent all the time with Mark, not my wife Leslie, and as I have said, I was delighted with his work!!
