Mark Carroll did a terrific job. He arrived in the late afternoon of the day we contacted Drain Pro and had no hesitancy in getting into the narrow space where our sump pump for our downstairs bathroom no longer seemed to be working. A previous person (not a plumber) had looked at the space and said it would talk a small person to be willing to work there. Mark is certainly not small.
